    Question Goji berries?

What do you do with dried goji berries? (I saw them at the store today and I was intrigued...)

I eat them. ;) Sorry, just being a s**t. They are good in chia pudding. Smoothies. Ice cream. Salads. Truffles. Energy bars.

    Easy chia pudding.
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 cup almond milk
bit of sweetener to taste. (whatever you usually use)
    1 tbsp goji's
Put in jar with lid. Shakey shake. Refridgerate overnight.
    YUMMY

Add them to a smoothie, cereal or eat alone. You can also make goji juice by soaking them for 3 hr. minimum and then straining the water (save the berries for other recipes).

Do you ever use the dried berries alone. I had them once and they were like pebbles. Maybe if they are soaked and drained and eaten more like raisins I would like them better?? Plus, they were expensivo!!

I think it may be the source that matters-making sure it's truly raw is important. I use to not like them at all alone and now I love them. They should be soft and chewy at room temperature. Though sometimes they can get a little hard. They're harder in the fridge or freezer, though if it's a good source it'll taste good regardless.
