1/2 cucumber peeled and chopped into small pieces
2 stalks of celery chopped into small pieces
1/2 small jicama chopped into medium pieces
1 pear chopped into small pieces
1 mango chopped into medium pieces
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds

This is very good and very light.
