Hi everyone!
Canadian rock singer and raw foodist Bif Naked will be at the SimplyRaw festival. The Juno Award winning musician and motivational speaker was diagnosed with cancer in 2008, and she will be sharing her inspirational experience of being raw while living a rocker’s fast-paced life - and her perseverance as a breast cancer survivor
Raw athlete Tim VanOrden (runningraw.com) and 3-Time Canadian Natural Bodybuilding Champion Wade Lightheart will also be speaking. To see the amazing lineup of speakers, visit: http://www.simplyraw.ca
The festival will also feature the famous SimplyRaw Pie Contest, judged by local celebries.
There will be ongoing food demonstrations, sprouting and rebounding workshops, yoga classes, a silent auction, raffles, acoustic music, and exhibitors, delicious food, children’s activities and much more!
The festival takes place in a beautiful outdoor park in Ottawa --- and it's FREE! :)

Not I. Would that I could, though. I would like to see yuri elkaim....I see he is speaking there. Being sort of new to this, I don't recognize many of the other names on the list. It was watching some of Yuri's recipe, health, and fitness videos, that led me to the discovery of RFT.
