    Unhappy Having Headaches

So I go to school from 7:10-3:45 and always come home with headaches. When I get home I go crazy with the junkiest food we have. Usually I pack almonds and dried cranberries for lunch. Those two things really dont fill me up, and veggies dont fill me up either. Do you have any suggestions? that would be great!

My first suggestion would be to drink more water. Usually headaches come from being dehydrated.

If you eat a bunch of fruit or veggies - you will eventually get "filled up" and over time - it takes less to make you satisfied. Nuts are good too - eat whatever raw foods your body wants & don't worry about quantity so much right now ;)

Maybe try a smoothie after school instead?

You need to pack more for lunch too! No wonder you're starving after school!

I typically work 8am - 4pm, and am on my feet the whole time. I used to overeat when I got home too, all the time, (sometimes I still do actually). The best solution I found was to bring a green smoothie to work, and sip on it over the course of a couple of hours.
Also, to always drink drink drink (water) before I eat anything (and throughout the day). Well, not right before, since that dilutes your stomach acid, but I found that not only keeps me from mistaking dehydration for hunger, but it also keeps me from eating too much just to get the water that's in what I'm eating.

To sum it up, drink LOTS more water, and bring some fruits with you that don't have to be refrigerated - banana, oranges, apples.
Fruit will nourish you right away (within a half an hour), whereas the fats that you're currently eating give you energy much more slowly, which is probably why you're so drained by the time you get home - you're eating til you're full, but not getting the benefits when you need them while you're out and about.

I hope some of that helps. Good luck. =]

Almonds and dried cranberries is not enough food, it's more a snack.

Bring fruit! Bananas are good because there's no prep work and they'll stay fresh. Apple slices with lemon juice sprinkled on to keep fresh. You can spread nut butter on them too. A large fruit salad. Even better are liquid meals-soup, smoothies or pudding. You can make them dense with avocado, oil or nuts/seeds. They will stay fresh in an insulated jar or bottle.

Yup more water and more FOOD. You have to put some fuel in there or your body gets angry and pokes you in the head;).
