    Default recipes w/shelled hemp seeds?

    Just bought a bunch of these .....any good recipes?? Maybe a dessert? Or an entree?

    one of the main ingrediants in the onion bread. If you have a dehydrator you should make a few trays! :)

    Hemp Oatmeal
    Apple, chopped
    1 Tbs Hemp seed
    Cinnamon
    Little water
    Optional: Greens
    Blend.

    Tabouli
    3-6 bunches Parsley, chopped
    1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
    ½ cup Hemp seeds, chopped
    ½ cup Onion, chopped
    Blend:
    ½ cup Lemon juice
    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    2-5 Garlic cloves
    ½ tsp Salt

    I don't remember which raw food forum I read this on, but someone made marinated veggies and then put them on top of hemp seeds. The hemp seeds were used instead of rice.

    I guess this would be a raw "rice" and veggie entree!

    so...this may sound dumb, but what is marinated veggies? Like, what are they marinated in?

    Whatever you want!

    You could do a peanut sauce, sweet and sour sauce, nama shoyu and spices...even just olive oil and sea salt. Marinating the veggies will soften them. If you have a dehydrator you can put them in there after marinating to warm and soften a bit more.

    Do a sauce search for more ideas. Good luck!
