Unhappy Having a Hard Time Sticking to It

I am really haveig a tuff time sticking to this diet. The food is just not as tasteful and filling as cooked food. I know this is most likely a bad thing, but cooked foods really send my tastebuds for a ride and I like it. I feel alot happier and fuller. But I would absolutely LOVE to be 75% or better, 100% raw. I don't really like veggies so, I try doing recipes that have a rich taste. I am still haveing a hard time though. Any modivation, EASY recipes (I am sooo good at making foods), or suggestions to help me stay full and such.

    Thank you so much!

motivation is key here and hopefully you will be able to tap into a greater reason than the desire for the "full feeling" to help you out.

good luck on your quest to better health. right now i am loving blended fruit with and without greens. this may help you make a smoother transition to a greater percentage of raw foods in your diet.

I suggest that you should remove the word diet from your head and replace it with the word nutrition.
I do not understand how you think that cooked food is tastier because when I first went raw I found that cooked food was tasteless unless you added salt and other things to give it a little bit of a pick up. Raw food is tasty just on it's own.
If you are new to raw then throw away the rule book and eat whatever you like.
Have you tried green smoothies. If you do not get enough calories and enough nutrients your body is going to have cravings and then you will cave and eat cooked in the misguided idea that that is what you are looking for.
Eat enough or even too many calories.
Make sure that some of those calories are coming from greens (to get the best minerals)
Start your day with a green smoothie.

Drink lots of water, and get lots of greens. I know you said you don't like veggies but if you check out the green smoothies, they are at least one way to sneak those in without tasting them.

If you really can't handle it right now, I'd suggest a more gradual approach to the raw lifestyle. For instance, eat what you want, but cut out grains entirely. After a month of that, cut out meat, etc etc. If you work on your food addictions one by one they'll be less likely to overwhelm you.
