    Default Hi Liz

So sorry for not checking in yesterday - participated in a circle that ran so late that I slept at the venue, hence no internet.
Fruit sounds like a very innocent slip - especially since you're still committed! I can so relate to food as a strategy to cope with stress...it's a journey, isn't it, to find alternate ways to handle stressors...
I'm becoming increasingly aware of dense areas in my body, which comes with a motivation to keep cleansing. Now off to raw potluck, bringing wildly green salad and, for myself, juices to sip in the sun.
Lots of nutritional cheers to you!

Hi Liz, hope the weekend brings you less stress & plenty of peace! Yes, thanks, the greens are being good to me & I'm feeling less dense today, also skin has cleared a bit. Waves of "stuff" coming up emotionally & energetically. I'm thinking I might keep juicing for a few more days, and/or shift to a green smoothie cleanse - what about you, any thought about how you want to break the feast? Sweet dreams & see you on day 7! :)

    Thumbs up yay buddy Liz!

Another week of fruit/veg-smoothies sounds perfect! Personally, I'll also take up to 1T of coconut oil daily, if needed.

So how was the feast? Results? I am thinking about going on a short one, maybe 7 days but not until probably next month. I have access to possibly a large amount of free greens from a friend who has a large farm and sells at a large big city farmers market. On Sunday whatever is left gets trashed and from what I understand it is a good bit of produce. So I could possibly be getting tons of free greens every week over the summer. Anyways...just curious how things went and if you have any tips for a first timer I am all ears.
