    I need to know the quickest way to drop some weight? Does eating raw foods really work?

    I did not think that I needed to loose any weight but lost 8lbs in a month. That is very little compared to what some have reported. It works.

    Yes, you lose weight. But eating raw is much more than losing weight. It's also an appreciation for natural foods. Do not think of raw as a diet or you will have trouble appreciating the hi's and low's you experience as a beginner eating this way. It's really a journey.

    I don't want to discourage you, raw is great. Just don't look at it as a quick fix for losing weight.

    Weeelll, Actuallllly...

    I've found it is a quick fix, and so much more. Although I'm all for being healthier in the long run, the truth is my weight issues brought me to raw.

    The only thing that came anywhere close for me results wise was Body For Life. I lost maybe 10 pounds a month with that.

    I've been cheating myself and haven't been 100% raw until 6 days ago, but from the time I started the beginning of July till now I've lost over 30 pounds. When I'm 100% raw I lose 1/2 - 1 pound per day. Each and every day my scale goes down.

    Since I made the decision, 100% has been relatively easy for me. No cravings. But I credit that to my morning smoothies with fruit, Hemp Protein Powder and Coconut Oil.

    If you're looking for the quickest, healthiest way to lose weight, there's a good chance this is it for you too. Sure there's a little "detoxing" (for me just a little headache now and then and a sore throat another time, but I felt fine otherwise). And you'll get the added benefit of being healthier than you've ever been after just a short time doing this.

    Oh, and did I mention you get to eat plenty? Eating small amounts defeats the purpose. Your metabolism shuts down. You get to eat a lot of yummy stuff all day, and your scale goes down... it almost feels too good to be true
