Default Oat Groats for wheatgrass juice?

someone gave me about two cups of groats. I soaked them and they filled about half of a tray that I use for my wheatgrass. I filled the rest of the tray with my normal wheatgrass seeds.

But now I'm wondering if they will grow in the same fashion as my wheatgrass or if I should remove them from the tray..?

Default Oat groats in wheatgrass trays

We grow oats for the cats, soak just like wheatgrass and grow in a low planter and they chew on it and helps them internally , they sometime gorge on it and get sick.

Should grow like wheatgrass and seems to be about as tall- we leave it in and let it grow back a few times and then recycle the dirt/peat in the pot.

Not sure what will be in the juice but it should be similar nutrients
