Default how often do you weigh yourself?

How often do you weigh yourself? I've been weighing myself once a week, but i've only been 98-100% raw for three weeks now and i'm afraid that if some weeks i don't lose weight I might feel discouraged. I also have been eating more food this past week and I don't know if this will have an impact on my weight because of being raw.
So, do you find weighing yourself often to be helpful? How often did you weigh yourself when you first went raw?

I tend to run to the scales every time I notice my jeans getting too loose and then I start to increase by banana intake. This is what I am doing right now as the jeans are a little baggy. Do not feel like shopping for new ones and wasting more of the world's scarce resources.

Every day. I've tried cutting my ties to the scale (several times) with the notion that if I wasn't focused on my weight I would just naturally find my ideal weight. Guess that doesn't work for every body. I can easily gain 5 pounds before I feel it, and I find it much easier to gain pounds than lose them.

I do it every few days, maybe twice a week..I have been anorexic in my youth and have had a bad relationship with the scale..now I have a better relationship with it and just step on it every now and then..

My clothes are a better guide.

Once every six months, but I do not eat seeds, nuts, beans or grain.

Doesn't that consume a lot of time or does you weight really change a lot?

I used to get on the scale about once a week. Had to stop doing that because any change in my weight in the wrong direction - UP - or not enough pounds DOWN would make me crazy. So crazy that I would sometimes just say forget it and start eating all the wrong things. That's a brilliant move, right??

Now I get on the scale on the first day of each month. That's it! I can tell that my weight is going down by the way my clothes fit and since I started working out a few months ago I can see and feel changes in my body. In fact, I went to buy a few pieces the other day and I was down one to two sizes (depending on what I was trying on). That felt great! So as long as I'm doing the right things once a month is just fine for me.

Doesn't consume hardly any time. I weigh myself in the morning (about 20 seconds) and the same at night. :)

I guess I am hoping to see changes, more than actually seeing the scale move 'a lot'.

I like my tape measure more than my scale. The scale can be so inconsistant and just down right "MEAN";)

I think I'm going to start the tape measuring idea from here on out. My weight loss seems to be slowing and it's really depressing me. enough that I made "cheez its" with non-raw cashews tonight. and I feel soooo sloshy and gross. I could kick myself.
