You may also want to try drinking a lot of water(4 liters+/day) for a few days, as this will soften-up your stool, until.... bombs away!! Be prepared to urinate a lot, though.
Drinking water mixed with psyllium husks twice a day for a week would also be beneficial as a one time measure.
