    Unhappy Skinny poops and lots of bubbles. Can anyone help?

    I have been adding more and more fresh and raw to my diet for the last few months but have been getting more and more constipated. My BM's seemed to be getting more and more difficult the last few weeks and now they come out skinny like my little pinky finger. But now I can feel pressure at my back end and have lots of gas bubbles all the time.

    Anyone have any ideas as to this or has anyone experienced this and might be able to help?

    I have taken a herb cocktail formula for getting rid of waste that didn't do too much because I ran out. Took an enema that didn't produce much. This morning I took huge amounts of Vitamin C crystals to turn the stool to liquid, but after 3 hours of a teaspoon every half hour I only got out little.

    I do not want to go to a doctor so I am trying to deal with this on my own. If anyone has an idea they could pass along it would be much appreciated.

    About 2 minutes!

    I thought about doing another one, but it left me in a bit of pain because there was so much pressure with the liquid inside. I am afraid I don't know much about them or which one to do as there seem to be so many kinds. A bit confusing!

    Warm water with salt or just warm water is good. You've got to leave it in longer than a couple of minutes. The sensation will change.

    Oh boy....I might salt water flush with epsom and water frist thing in the morning.

    Enema for sure and keep doing it until you get results! eeeeek Thats stuff has gotta come outa there!

    You may also want to try drinking a lot of water(4 liters+/day) for a few days, as this will soften-up your stool, until.... bombs away!! Be prepared to urinate a lot, though.

    Drinking water mixed with psyllium husks twice a day for a week would also be beneficial as a one time measure.

    I like the yogi "Get Regular" tea for occasions when I feel backed up. I drink it before bed, then in the morning.....walla!

    Probiotics (healthy bacteria) also help with regularity - you may not be getting enough in your diet (fermented foods are rich with probiotics).

    Elimination is so important. Sory that you are having difficulty in this area. Try the smoothe moves tea. Make sure that you are drinking lots of water.
    Sometimes lack of elimination is emotional. Is there anything you are repressing emotionally that is blocking you? If so...let it go and it may help.

    Did you eat a lot of seeds/nuts/nut butters?
