    Default 3 dehydrators finally!!

Just wanted to share, what I think is a good idea.

I have the Excalibur 9 tray and love it, I've had it for over 4 years now, and the poor little devil is on almost 24/7, never a hitch, always whirring away.

Keeps my kitchen warm in the winter. (and my cat, who lives next to it)LOL

Well, I have been thinking that I really do a ton of dehydrating, all of our sundried tomatoes, herbs, and just regular foods like burgers for dinner, pesto stuffed mushrooms etc. So I decided to purchase another one, just for dinners and such, and keep the older one in the garage for all the herbs and things, My hubby does all of his Cooking out there, so it should be easy, he is also the herb guy too, so it should be out there with him.

Well, I also wanted a small 4 tray, so we could take it with us while traveling, we go to alot of fairs and festivals, and the only thing we miss is our warmed food, and it just doesn't work in the microwaves they supply in the hotel rooms, we've tried many different and exciting ways to warm food up, but so far, none work as well as our dehydrator.

So, we also bought a 4 tray Excalibur to take with us while we travel, I know what decadant luxury we live in. LOL

So, for those of you who travel, or who do a ton of herbs and such, you may choose to simply buy more than one. I mean, why be limited?

That's what I always say, that is why I have 5--count them 5-- watercolor pallettes, I used to have one, and when I wanted to use a new pigment, I would have to decide which old pigment to remove, and I hated that, so I just started buying more and more palettes, and now I have 5, so far. LOL

You are so funny But I agree, if I had the space I'd definetly have more than one. At the moment I have a 9 tray excalibur and I absolutely love it! When we move back to Sweden (at least a couple of years from now) we've agreed on converting our kitchen into a raw kitchen, that will be really cool :)
