Default Raw Weight Loss and Health Improvement! Link to Pictures :)

After transitioning to a 100% raw, plant based diet I experienced dramatically improved health:

My allergies completely disappeared, and I no longer had to take Zyrtec daily.

I cleared my skin and healed my dermatitis (which my doctor had warned me was incurable), and was able to stop taking the five pharmaceutical drugs I was taking at the time to control the condition.

I quickly lost weight (40lbs), even though I was eating more calories than ever. I am happy to be able to eat as much as I desire for the first time in my whole life.

    My physical performance increased dramatically.

My mental clarity improved, and so did my grades. My GPA improved an entire grade point.

My vision improved to the point where I now have 20/20 vision and was able to throw away my contacts.

I tried uploading my before and after pictures, but couldn't.
    They are dramatic!

Well, as per my experience, eating raw food,is good for health-is is now also proved from scientific point of view.Cooking food can diminish its nutritional value. For example, the cancer-fighting compounds in broccoli, sulforaphanes, are greatly reduced when broccoli is cooked. Certain vitamins, such as vitamin C and folate, are destroyed by heat.Science now proves that cooking not only destroys nutrition and enzymes but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health into acid-forming toxins, free-radicals and poisons that destroy our health!

Did you achieve this goal on fruit, raw gourmet, greens or else?
