    Default question

I know this thread didn't make it in the top 10 hit list but I was interested in knowing if anyone has attended the Stress Reduction Clinic in Boston. I'm planing a trip and curious to first hand experience.

I'm currently reading "Everywhere you go, there you are". Problem is, it's in the bathroom and I get about a paragraph read and ~ well, I'm done!

Bo has a little more focus on the royal throne.

wait t'a minute..........how do you know he stares at the floor???? you crack me up

if Kabat-Zinn only knew how far his books have made it! Maybe his "Coming to our [senses]" ought to be the one in the bathroom?

Maybe not, unless the title is all I need to read. Kinda slow reading one paragraph at a time.

ROFL - You two put a smile on my face today!

My therapist has recommended Jon Kabbat-Zen to me and I've just recently decided to join a group that she will be facilitating which will have a meditative focus and I know will at least draw from some of the work that she has done with Jon Kabbat-Zen. . . .

    I'll keep you posted . . .

    Many Blessings,

what else goes on in the bathroom that we need to know about

Karot, I am hoping to attend this summer and meet Kabat-Zinn with this whole mindfulness meditation experience. Isn't it amazing how much "effort" and focus it takes to not be "aware" It took me several weeks to be able to accomplish it. How long have you been practicing mindfulness?
