Hi everyone! Day 2 (yesterday) I ate so much! Had two fantastic salads (been really craving salads), so I will list them:
    * mache, roquette, pear, dried fig, pecan, red onion salad with olive oil/vinegar/dill dressing. (Don't think the vinegar was raw -- is there such thing as raw vinegar? Please let me know!)
    * frisée, grapefruit, avocado, cherry tomato salad with lime juice/olive oil dressing (and added a bit of lucuma for sweetness)

And I ate around 15 dates. I know, total overkill!!!! I was VERY full. And I suspect the craving for dates was the result of the little sugar monster living inside me that I want to change into a different lil monster--ideally one who craves yoga instead of sitting on the couch! :)

    Bonne journée à tous!

    Default Yesterday

I think I'll be constantly behind a day, since I will be posting what I ate the previous day. But anyway...

    Breakfast:
Smoothie - spinach, bananas, frozen cherries, maca, water

Lunch: Handfuls upon handfuls of goji berries

Snack: Polished off the rest of the pickles

Dinners: Several handfuls of pumpkin seeds

Had some strange cravings for those three items yesterday. Soon to whip up my morning smoothie... oil pulling now...

    cheerio!

Hello! Day three is here, and I'm already noticing the benefits :). First of all, I am making a conscious effort to eat more today, as I don't think I had enough Monday and Tuesday - had a really hard time in yoga those nights. So another green smoothie today, with spinach and strawberries and mango and banana, and I've got almonds, a raw bar, an orange and an apple to munch on. Oh, and I had some fresh squeezed grapefruit juice this morning :)

I am in for another thirty days. Lets see how long I can go with out eating any
SAD. This is day 41 raw but I have mistakes along the way.
So this is day 3 with no mistakes.

    Good Morning=)

Yesterday, I didn't eat the kale chips & ice cream after all. So they are in the plan for today=)

I am having a terrible oversleeping problem lately. I am a spoiled brat when it comes to the alarm clock, I just turn it off-depite my good intentions..I need a way to get up! I wish I had an alarm clock that stated the time--beep beep six-forty-five--beep beep--hmmm..maybe if I recorded an mp3 (?) I could buy an mp3 playing alarm clock..

Any other ideas? I guess I could sign us up for an early class so I'd have to get up.

The Ides of March are upon us=) I'm glad you are still here!!

    Day 3

    so far

an 8 oz glass of juice - 2 carrots, 2 celery, 1 apple
3 tablespoons of the pulp (looking at how much pulp there is makes me wish to get a dehydrator to make things from it)
    A whole papaya

most likely a smoothie tonight with more greens than fruit

for some reason I don't feel into eating salads as yet.

I feel great though, today, my headache is gone and its sunny outside!

I am going to start on the treadmill again tonight, 1/2 mile for the rest of this week, then 1 mile a day (5 days) the next.

I really enjoy reading everyone's posts here :) it really is nice to see the recordings of what everyone is eating, feeling, doing.

    Thank you:)

doing pretty good keeping up with what I plan! basically just following what's in season or a good price around the stores and going with that.

    Default day 13! =)

    Almost 2 weeks!

I ate a mango, 1/2 green juice, and some salad with nuts. I'm also constantly drinking tea. I plan to eat more later on.

I noticed that I'm not getting any new pimples, but my skin is getting rough. All of my big, swollen cyst-like bumps (I know, gross, right?) are shrinking. They're not all gone, but they also don't irritate me me anymore.

    evening,

    food:

    B: 12 bananas

L: 1 head romaine, 1 large red mango cut up on it

    D: 8 bananas

    S: 4 oranges so far

I under-ate horribly today, I'll probably have 10-15 more oranges before bed, or another salad with oranges and avo.

Exercise was 2 hours playing in the sun with the pup.
