    Default Feb 25th - Day 25

    High Raw Day 13 for me

    Acne on Face seems to clear when ever I eat Grapefruit & Oranges. Having the same Bloated affects of eating anything & drinking water. Giving it 6 months, & a Liver Cleanse & a couple of other's. If bloatedness doesn't go anywhere, will have to take further action. Pelvis is hard as a rock sometimes..


    4.5 Liters of Water
    BREAKFAST: 2 Red Grapefruits + 3 Navel Oranges
    SNACK: 3 Lrg Carrot
    LUNCH: 1 Grapefruit + 3 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + 2 Lrg Carrots
    SNACK: 1 Navel Orange
    SUPPER: Salad: 5 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + 1 Roma Tomato + 3 Carrots + a bit of Sweet Onion
    SNACK: none

    Day 25 it is going fast. Think I will join up for next month also.

    Got another rash but this time it is located on my lower back fat roll.

    Will post my food consumption later.

    Default day 7 for me!!!!

    YEAH!!!!! It's day 7! I am proud to say that I have been a Raw Food (Person???) for a week!!!!!

    I know it's still a bit early, but I don't think that I will go off track today. I didn't have any cooked food cravings at all so far today. One of the things that is helping me out is that I'm eating about 4000 mg of VC and 1000 mcg of b-12 everyday. They're chewable tablets that taste like candy.

    I ate some fruits so far. I plan to eat some nuts, vegetables, and cacao later on in the day.

    That weird rash thing on my stomach came back and disappeared again... hmmm..... I'm wondering if it's me detoxing or if it's bed bugs.... Just in case, I plan to wash all of my sheets today.

    Sounds like Detox...I had a rash last week come up on the back of my neck, almost like little pimples, they were there one day and completely gone the next! :)

    Hey count me in! I'm sort of new to this whole raw food thing. Coincidently, I started my own personal 30-day challenge today, completely oblivious to this one! I was searching for raw smoothie recipes online and stumble upon this. I guess it was really meant to be:)

    I am over 30 days raw and still get rashes.
