    Another question, if it has to be connected to my facet, are the tubes long? My kitchen counter is rather tiny! And can I disconnect it to use the facet? Or can I connect it to the bathroom facet? I'm really enjoying sprouts and now that I found out they are one of the most alkaline foods, not to mention the highest in nutrition (and cheap after I get this though), I want to sprout away!!

    You can choose your method of connecting to the water supply - if you have a faucet with a screw thread on the tip of it then you can use an adaptor to suit that, or you can use a self-tapping (saddle) pipe adaptor that bores its way into the supply and forms a simultaenous seal so there is no leakage - this would allow you to quickly and easily connect to your water supply from beneath the sink:
