I just went to the Vita Rawstaurant in Green Bay WI. on Friday & thought I'd show you some pictures of our meals!
Here's a picture of some of the inside:
Then, for starters some of us got the Raw Chili....so good!
I shared the Mock Tuna & Rye Crackers with a friend - Delicious....

My other friends got the same Mock Tuna, but stuffed inside a Portabella Mushroom:
There was 2 on the plate, but my friend was so hungry she couldn't wait to dig in! lol
Then for dessert I got a sample of the 2 Raw Cheesecakes they had:
Chocolate/Orange & Key Lime.....they were like little bites of Heaven!
It was a great night!

Looks great!! Green Bay would get a raw restaurant as soon as I leave.

Monkapotamus: I just stopped for a dessert so I got the rocky road cheesecake! It was amazing. Talked to the owners for a while. They are so nice! Are you from Green Bay? I am in Phoenix right now but may be returning this summer. I grew up there. It's not the most vegan-friendly place, huh?

I actually live in Oshkosh - just 50min away from there.
I agree - they seem very nice. I've not gotten to meet the owner yet - she's usually in the kitchen
The rocky road cheesecake sounds yummy!
No, WI. is NOT the most vegan friendly of places.......;)
