    Default Feb 21st - Day 21

    High Raw Day 9 for me.

    In the last few days I've had the one side of my nose break out in tiny little pustules..more so like little blisters. Not noticeable. The sore throat seems to come & go. So I guess I have quite a few parasites. I have been giving good thought to doing the *Liver Cleanse* in a couple of months time. I want to try to heal that area. Also I cannot keep eating Cauliflower & Broccoli, although broccoli was quite the staple in my cooked food, they both cause me to be quite painfully bloated. Maybe later when my body has healed, I can than resume eating those.


    1 Liters of Water
    BREAKFAST: Smoothie: 6 Cups of Spinach + 2 Pears + 1 Kiwi + 1 Banana + 2 Cup of Water + 2 Cups of Ice
    SNACK: 13 Cherries
    LUNCH:Salad: 1 Cup of Rutabagas + 1 lrg Carrot + one tiny smoothie: 1/2 frozen Pear + 1 Cup of Spinach + 1 Cup of Water
    SNACK: 1 Grapefruit
    SUPPER: Smoothie: 2 Kiwi’s +3 Cups of Spinach + 1/2 Avocado + 1 Cup of Ice + 1 Cup of Water + 2 Apple

    All raw today.

    Flax cracker w hummus, fermented veggies, various seeds and nuts,
    grapes

    Default day 3 for me! =)

    I lost another pound! 125 now. =)

    I ate a fruit, salad, nuts, and cacao. I got a slight headache today, TGIS.
    I noticed that I'm less bloated in my face today, and the redness has calmed down (yay!).
