If you read reviews or go on other websites, you will find out that Hurom no longer exists so I definitely don't recommend you choose that brand. Apparently the company that took over selling their juicer is not available either. Not sure what's going on exactly, but this is the reason why I recommended Omega over them because they're an established, long-term business with excellent customer service. To verify, try calling Hurom's customer service number which hasn't been in use for at least a couple of months.

Where did you hear that? I don't see anything about that and their website seems updated.

Call customer service and you'll find out. Regardless they don't reply to any emails and they don't have a working phone#. Either way it equals unreliable customer service. Also even though they're suppose to be similar juicers, Hurom customers seem to have way more issues.

    From 3 reviews:
The Hurom Company has sold the juicer to Roland USA. The Roland USA phone number does not work. We have called many, many times and each time, no matter what button we push, their phone service kicks us off the phone. We sent them an email and have yet to hear from them. It was bad enough waiting two days to get replacement parts every few weeks. Now, it seems as if the Roland Company cares even less about its product's reputation than did Hurom.

I registered my warranty ands even joined their customer program... but NOOOO! Not a peep from this company. My next step is this review. Maybe they read them and will realize they shouldn't ignore their customers. They say the Huron HU-100 has a 10 year warranty but what good is it if you cannot contact the company in anyway period.

The company seems to be missing-in-action. It has now been over three weeks since my latest attempt to get a replacement strainer. Repeated emails go unanswered or bounce back as undeliverable. When I attempt to call the company I get caught up in an automated phone system that fails to work and sends me in circles not even allowing me to leave a message.

I appreciate this info. I teach raw food classes, and many students really like the Hurom. So I will pass this info along .... and not recommend it.
    Cheers

Here is the information to contact Hurom customer support:

Hurom customer care number: 800-321-2226 or email to receptionist@rolandinc.com

I have spoken with them. I talked with Frances. She was most helpful. The only thing that has changed is the group that is managing the support. So, the warranty is good.
    Cheers

    Default Hurom Juicer Customer Support

I emailed Matt Monarch at Raw Food World for help. Mark, in customer care there responded instantly -- gave me this information regarding Hurom support.

The only thing that has changed is the group that is in charge of customer support.

I have spoken with the new customer support people. I talked with Frances. She was most helpful. The only thing that has changed is the group that is managing the support. So, the warranty is good.

I reported to them that the phone contact on their website is incorrect, so they said they would update it. They are aware of a rumour that the company is not around and supporting products. It is not true. They are sending me a replacement white strainer basket this week.

Here is the information to contact Hurom customer support:

Hurom customer care number: 800-321-2226 or email to receptionist@rolandinc.com

    Cheers
