    High Raw Day 7 for me.

    I am still up, so I guess I will just post my meals for the day:

    2 Liters of Water
    BREAKFAST: 1 Navel Orange + 1 Grapefruit + 1 Pear + 1 Banana
    SNACK: 1/4 Cup of Corn
    LUNCH: Smoothie: 3 Cups of Spinach + 2 Gala Apple + 1 Cups of Water + 1 Cup of Ice + 2 kiwi + 1 Frozen Banana
    SNACK: 1 Banana
    SUPPER: 1 Apple
    SNACK: none

    Default my first day

    Hi everyone!

    I'm so excited that I found this forum and can't wait to start this challenge. I'm 5'1 and 128 lbs. I'm doing this challenge because I'm overweight and I have bad adult acne (mostly concerned with acne). I hope that I can detox all of the junk out of my system and live a healthy lifestyle. I wish everyone luck on their challenge, and please wish me luck (I'm going to need it). =)

    2 cups herbal tea. Today I am finishing the carrot & apple juice. I plan on eating carrot pecan burgers, tangelo, big salad, guac-1avo &1 tomato. Feel pretty good have a slight HA.

    Can you make carrot & apple juice with just a Vita-Mix too? If I were to add enough water & blend it long enough?

    What is a Tangelo?

    Your carrot Pecan Burger's sound really good. Do you have any pictures?

    I guess I should add, the head cold feeling that I had for a couple of days has subsided, & I've been getting lil white pustules (pimples) pop up.<<I haven't seen those in years. I had some other pimple like rash bumps appear on my neck for a couple of days too but are now gone. &&& to also add that yesterday & especially last night I'd been fighting some mean BINGEING CRAVINGS.

    Edit: Not necessarily cravings for SAD, just urges to binge.

    I finished my first day of raw-awesomeness!!!

    I did drink a lot of green tea, though. I know that the water is heated and everything, but I don't really care about that bit. For me, I would still benefit from heated green tea because I'm coming from a really gross diet of fried foods and high-sugar desserts (ergo my toxic-level and acne).

    I juiced 6 tangelos yesterday and it tasted sooo good. I heard that it's cross between two fruits but I can't remember exactly. Sure tasted good though.
