    Smile Day 2 For Me:

I've been tracking my food intake like so for the past 10 months, it's kind of difficult for me to just stop tracking cals & what not. I'm not ready to do it yet. Thank Goodness I am not anywhere near my maintenance calories, because I am having a hard time just getting back this amount vvvvv Today. I am still working on lunch & it's 2:33 pm.

I've read that Rawies tend to consume less cals anyways later on, but also read that at first (depending on what % you were at) you eat a lot.

Ironically I am not even consuming just plain water. I drink about a gallon/day. I know we get a ton of water out of veggies & fruits too though.
    .

This is just under 900 cals...YOWZA'S

    BREAKFAST: Smoothie: 3 Cups of Spinach + 3 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + 2 Cups of Broccoli + 1/2 Avocado + 1 Gala Apple + 1 Kiwi + 1 Banana + 2 Cups of Water
    SNACK: 1 Navel Orange
    LUNCH: Smoothie: 2 Carrots + 1 Cup of Cucumber + 1 Gala Apple + 2 Roma Tomato + 1 Cup of Ice + 1 Cup of Water
SNACK: Smoothie: 15 Cherries + 1/2 Kiwi + 1/2 Cup of Cucumber +1/4 Cup of Ice
SUPPER: Salad: 2 Cups of Cauliflower + 2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce +3 Cups of Spinach + 1/2 Cup Cucumber + 1/4 Sweet Onion
    SNACK:none

Never the less, I am having fun!! :)

    Happy Valentine's Day!!

my boyfriend offered to buy me valentine's day breakfast, but the coffeeshop didn't really have anything for me, so he handed me a fiver and I popped over to the market and came back. And I ate my two tomatoes and my string beans while he ate his everything bagel with tofu creamcheese. and it was romantic. even though he laughed at me.

    happy V-Day

also, Re:Becca, what is that first picture?? it looks amazing!
