looks like another interesting day of nectarines and romaine for my daughter. what is truly wonderful here is that she is becoming less focused on it now. she is simply eating it rather than looking at it and saying "it's not ______"

huge transition in her way of thinking. i'm so pleased!

    Default Starting late...

I just got back from a business trip and ate gross hotel food all weekend, and then crammed myself into a seat on the airplane going from the east coast to the west coast and decided enough is enough! I e-mailed my co-worker and we started today together. We took some VERY scary BEFORE pictures we hope to post in a month to go along with all of the other amazing before and afters on the site. Yes I very much want to lose weight, but honestly I am sick of feeling so horrible all the time. So my goal is to look healthier regardless of my size and feel much better in the process! Today was good we had:

    2 Green Shakes
Alissas raw tortilla with some avocado in it
    3 clementines
    1/2 an avocado
Some banana leather (my favorite and so easy to make)

I am going to make some things tonight so we will be prepared for day 9! Thanks for letting me join in.

    Fantastic day today!

Started the morning with a 45min hilly bike ride then a 2 hour walk earlier this evening.

    Breaky: 12 nanners

Lunch: 4 cups of cherries, then an hour later 3 cups of red grapes

    Snack: 4 large field tomatos

    Dinner: 13 more nanners

Snack: At the moment I'm working on a bowl of dark red grapes, I'll probably have 5 or six cups..or ten lol

And even though it's terribly cold, the sun was shining brightly so I did some sun bathing in the park. it felt wonderful to feel in on my skin again!
