Feb 8th - Day 8
First week finished... now on to our second week! Welcome to day 8!
looks like another interesting day of nectarines and romaine for my daughter. what is truly wonderful here is that she is becoming less focused on it now. she is simply eating it rather than looking at it and saying "it's not ______"
huge transition in her way of thinking. i'm so pleased!
Today I've had:
a banana w/ coconut butter shavings (yum)
3 pitted dates w/walnut inside
giant bowl of greens w/cuke and red pepper, dressing of avo, roma tomato, ACV, clove garlic, little sea salt, lime juice cracked pepper...omg it was good
glass choco cashew mylk
Rest of day looks like:
giant honeycrisp apple w/almond butter
celery w/"cheese" spread
maybe a bit more coconut butter....:)
I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a raw nut burger today.
Made a choc pie, flax seed crackers and dippin sauce.
Will have carrot and apple juice today.
day 8 is gonna be great
After a bit of a lost weekend which I will not dwell upon....
Day 8 will consist of some granny smith apples,
a few bananas and a green smoothie.
Hey everyone! My days is as usual, green smoothie for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I have arugula this week for salads, yum! I also have an orange with me and some of my teriyaki almonds.
I just got back from a business trip and ate gross hotel food all weekend, and then crammed myself into a seat on the airplane going from the east coast to the west coast and decided enough is enough! I e-mailed my co-worker and we started today together. We took some VERY scary BEFORE pictures we hope to post in a month to go along with all of the other amazing before and afters on the site. Yes I very much want to lose weight, but honestly I am sick of feeling so horrible all the time. So my goal is to look healthier regardless of my size and feel much better in the process! Today was good we had:
2 Green Shakes
Alissas raw tortilla with some avocado in it
1/2 an avocado
Some banana leather (my favorite and so easy to make)
I am going to make some things tonight so we will be prepared for day 9! Thanks for letting me join in.
