Zumba

Hey guys.. and gals!!

I was wondering if anyone out there was doing Zumba? There's videos on youtube and it looks like fun.. only problem for me is that I live on the third floor of my apartment building and the lady downstairs gets upset of the cat or the puppies run across the floor. .. she called the cops because I was playing oboe.. at 330 in the afternoon.. on a Saturday.. lame...

Anyway... I think it looks like fun and want to give it a try... I might actually try tonight and move the couch out of the way.

hi everone

for me i think its allready good when your just dancing pick your favouit music nd goo tha can help so much i go dancing every friday when i have the money and it helps lot i feel really grea afterwards.

I moved out of that place..hahaha Been there.
Zumba looks fun. I a not disjointed in my mid section however...I might be after...hahahaa

Classes are out there where it is allowed to make noise.
