    Smile started raw today!

    Hi Everyone,

I started raw today and I'm soo happy. I eat a lot, so I thought I wouldn't feel satisfied, but I actually felt very full after my meals today!

Also, I'm a college student so I was worried at first, but was so happy find 100% raw stuff on my school meal plan (raw nuts!). Has anyone tried the Raw Revolution Organic Live Food Bars? I got one (Spirulina and cashew with sprouted flax seeds) today and it claims to be 100% raw.

I have been eating mostly all natural and organic for years, but never raw. Anyway, I am so excited to continue and I am happy to have read all the many posts that encouraged me to try eating raw foods!
Excited to begin this journey and to see where it takes me.

You should try Lara bars as well as most of them are raw. It states on the wrapper what percentage raw they are and you can stay away from the ones that are not.

My issue with Larabars (though I LOVE them) is that they are made with almonds, which have to be pasteurized
