    hi all!

    2 clementines
icky green smoothie (too much seaweed! blech!)

dying for nachos - have flax crackers made and can make guacamole and i want to make kristen's nacho cheese sauce, but i only have a green pepper. i wonder if it'd be okay, just a wrong color?

    CHEEZY HEMP NACHO SAUCE
    By Kristen Suzanne of KristensRaw.com
    Yield approximately 1 1/2 cups

    1/3 cup water
    1 clove garlic
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 red bell pepper, seeded, rough chopped (approximately 1 cup)
    1 cup hemp seeds
2 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
    1 tablespoon chili powder*
    2 teaspoons tamari, wheat-free
    1/2 teaspoon Himalayan rystal salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. This can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.

I'm so nacho desperate, I'm going to go try it now

WOO! I put the hemp nacho sauce on top of my modified alissa's flax crackers and put the avocado chutney on top - AWESOME.

Feeling quite settled now, not had any major issues for a couple of days.

B: Green smoothie (banana, spinach, grapes, apple, goji berries)
    L: Banana, Strawberries
D: Alissas Pizza, topped with mushrooms & pineapple - wow fantastic!
    S: Raw choc

No change in weight this week, but shape definitely changed a bit. I made two new holes in my belt at the start of January and I'm now in the last of those - belt is getting far too long now!

    GREAT day today!

Got my 40lb nanner box this morning, perfect timing too! I had my last two bunches for breaky today.

    B: 10 nanners

L: 5 nice ripe and juicy pears

"dinnner" : 8 apples or so throughout the night.

Snack: right now, a big bowl of two ice burg heads and a few big cucs. Nice a juicy.

Some raw honey as well every now and then.

HYDRATION is my number one goal this winter. I hadn't been absorbing enough of the water I was taking in, so I've been going through a LOT of nanners and oranges to get everything balanced out for me. Absorbing like a dream now! About 3-4 litres or more a day plus all my fruit. My hands finally don't get dried out after a run. Darn this dry winter air!

My circulation is improving as well! My feet and hands are usually very pale when I wake in the morning, but they've been peachy and pink for the last few days. I've got perfect little pink "blushes" now as well on my cheeks. Not inflamed, just a light glow. It's so cute! haha

Everyone else seems to be doing well!

    Default Still going strong

I haven't posted anything for a few days - got very busy.

Eating raw is becoming so comfortable now and things are still finetuning. I have hardly any cravings for sweets but rather for green juice.

    Today I had

    2 bananas
    2 pears
4 sunflower flax crackers with avo, tomatoes and sprouts
    2 navel oranges for dessert

    For exercise
    30 minutes of Ashtanga Yoga
    6.2 miles on the treadmill
