WOOOO WHOOOOOO! i cannot believe i have made it till the 23rd day with only minimal slips. I am sooo happy. I have dropped a total of 12lbs, My headaches are gone, and i no longer crave soda and breads. I am hoping to see other changes soon too. I was on the verge of being thyroid tested and with this diet i am hoping that is no longer going to be an issue!

First time since starting raw I managed to shop at the supermarket without any temptations attracting me. Just got my fruit, veg and dog food and left:)

B: half punnet of strawberries, half punnet of cherries
    L: 2 bananas, raw brownie
D: cabbage wrap with red pepper, carrot, spinach & cucumber, with satay sauce and bbq sauce (Alissa's recipe, and very good)
    S: raw choc

weigh in tomorrow, not sure I've lost any weight this week, but belt is in a tighter hole so something is going on. Mrs Gecko has reduced her Menieres Disease medication from 3 pills a day to 1 during January - which is amazing.

I told my fiancee that I was going to try to juice a sweet potato today. He looked at me as if I was nuts and replied "that's going to be nasty!" I told him that there is nothing nastier than raw Lacinato Kale blended with water! Hah! Tricks are for Kids !

B: 1-3/4 cups blended green Kale, 1/3 cup spinach greens and 1 cup mixed berries
L: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
S: 2 juiced carrots, 1 apple, almost half of sweet potato and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, salsa, raw cashew salad
    S: Banana and Pineapple smoothie
YEAH ! 23 days. I can't believe it! And last week I was all sad thinking I couldn't make it because I wanted a cheese sandwich.

Just bananas and raw honey again today. Not too hungry feeling but oh so energetic and happy!

Upperbody and core workout this morning before work, then a LOT of stock to put out all day. Lots of good hearty lifting!
