    Default January 22nd - Day 22

    Hi everyone!

This is good - I started at like 90% and hovered around there for a few days and now I'm at 99% w/ no obvious detox thus far (knock on wood). (My 1% is the evil morning beverage of which I had 1/2 cup)

This morning I craved . . . clementines! And then I went hours without eating or even feeling the need to eat, which is amazing for me. Then, I HAD to have a green smoothie and so here I am with my smoothie.

Made flax crackers yesterday. I see a dinner with crackers and avocado and other stuff - not sure how yet.

I was thinking last night..that I've been working on my weightloss for two years now. In three days in will be 2 years since I finally sat down and made the plan! I cannot believe that I am ACTUALLY only 10 pounds from my goal!

I'm still raw. I felt much better today. I think my problems were that I had 4 days too many this week of not intaking enough calories while exercising . My body didn't like it and it told me so. Yeah, for 22 Days !

B: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
L: 1 3/4 cups blended green Kale, 1/4 cup dandelion greens and 2/3 cup mixed berries
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple and ginger
D: spinach, salsa, raw cashew salad
    S: Banana and Pineapple smoothie

WOW.. I am in the same range as you with SW and GW. I seem to be at a stand-still for the past few weeks but your numbers are encouraging! I do go to the gym, but do need to UP my cardio. So great that you're almost to your goal!

    My food today:
    B: V8 smoothie, pickles
S: cashews (at the movies--helped me to resist popcorn!)
D: cashew cheese/tomato on onion/flax bread, raw pickles
    S: raw choc ice cream
S: raw choc chip cookie dough
