Felt great today. Really alive and "with it". Got complimented by someone at work for the amount of weight lost since xmas :)
B: Banana
L: Macadamias and Raisins
D: Big salad (peppers, romaine, celery, cucumber, mung sprouts, spinach, apple, vinaigrette), Coleslaw (cabbage, onion, carrot, EVOO, ACV), dehydrated mushrooms (I sooo love these!)

Congrats Gecko, My fiancee complimented me on my weight lost also this morning, 1st time since I started! It kinda tempeted me to get on the scale but resisted.
Today, I feel so much better and I don't feel as weak as I have the past two days. Barely having any greens the last two days must have help. I'm back with the huge about of blended greens again, I know it's good for me that's whay I chug it down.
B: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxseed w/water
L: 2-1/2 cups blended green Kale, 1/2 cup dandelion greens and 1/2 cup mixed berries
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, cucumbers, dandelion greens, lemon juice, mushrooms salad
S: mixed berries and banana smoothie

Happy Day 19
This week has been the hardest. I think those detoxing sypmtoms are going away. A little more alert than usual.
b- smoothie with pinapple, strawberry, supergreen powder, pumpkin seeds and flax.
l- salad, lara bar
dinner- cabbage
s-lara bar pear
I haven't lost any weight this week any suggestions?
