Unhappy I really want to do this

I have been trying and trying since the start of the year to kick myself over to the raw way of living. The challenge is more than I bargained for. But I'm not willing to give up. I'm so tired of being tired and out of shape with no motivation to do anything but get up and go to work.

I really want to make this change and thought I could do it on my own. What a fool am I. But I will keep starting over until it finally sticks. And in the meantime, I will read what you all have to say in hopes of gathering strength and motivation to make this a permanent way of life.

    Wish me luck!

    Leah

    Today's issues:
Bloated, tired, lack of focus and concentration
Skin is broken out (as usual - I'm too old for zits!)
    Irregular
Weight: I'm guessing 132 for today cause that is how I feel and I don't like it
Goal weight: between 122 and 125
Other goals: increased strength, increased concentration and focus, follow through with projects, clear skin, return of the libido - yeah, I don't want much

Princezleah, You can do. I think it's better to start to improve things about yourself and fail than to not try at all. So if you start and fail don't give up. With dieting I've done it all my life but through out it all my eating habbits have changed over the years for the better. So I don't regret continuouslly trying. I do regret beating myself up over failing to meet my goals.

B: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxseed w/water

S: 3 juiced carrots, apple and ginger

Is ANYone else on a weightloss plateau, or is it just me? I lost 5 pounds the first 4 days, but haven't lost any more! I hope the 2nd 1/2 of the month shows more results for me...

    Default Day 14

Still going strong. I am very grateful that it has been quite easy this time.

Did not post yesterday, but I had
1 smoothie ( coconut juice, blueberries, bananas, spirulina, maca and flax seeds)
    2 navel oranges
    2 crackers
    1 chocolate coconut bar

plus 7 miles on the treadmill and a light upper body workout with hand weights.

    Today I had

    3 bananas
    2 navel oranges
1 cup of organic kim chee with avocado (I felt like having something pickled)
    2 crackers
    1 coconut chocolate bar

plus 6.5 miles on the treadmill and a work out for my arms with hand weights.

Good luck everyone for tomorrow the 15th day and kind of the half way mark for this challenge. Time flies when you are having fun.
