Garlic is very anti-viral. Upon searching I see also, Coconut oil, dandelion greens, mango, cranberries

Yes, garlic is great. I credit probiotics for strengthening my immune system for years.

I put a pinch of Pau d'arco in my smoothie or drink it as a tea. I also drink a variety of herb teas mixed at an herb shop called "Herban Wellness" The shopkeeper is a Bastyr grad. She makes herb blends for viruses, immune boosting, skin wellness, colds/flus, and many more. This winter I am drinking a cup a day of a special blend she makes for me, 2 parts each Lemon Balm, Calendula, Siberian Ginseng, Schizandra, and .5 part Licorice.

I second all the food answers already posted here. Would include other cruciferous vegetables, too, like cauliflower. And anything high in Vitamin C.

I just started taking astragalus for endocrine issues. Supposed to be a great adrenal and thyroid tonic, also supposed to help convert T3 into T4.

Are you taking it? We could compare notes on its effectiveness :)

No. I have not found it yet but am looking for a vegan one.
