Hey everyone!!!

Well, my 1st day doing my Whole Foods Demo is complete! Everything went really well! Here are some photos:









Everyone REALLY loved the food!!! ESPECIALLY the MEN!!!!! OMGOODNESS!!!! EVERY GUY that tried the food absolutely LOVED it!!! I had a couple of "skeptics"... But, after trying it, they took my business card and said that they would totally eat this way!!!

My Best Friend was there to help me, which I REALLY appreciated! I got some good prospects for Living on Live Food Classes!!! I'm exhausted, though!!! Gonna go take a nap now! Tomorrow, I'm gonna be back there at 11am, so if you can, come on out!!!!

That's pretty awesome about the men, now to convert the wives/girlfriends and it's easy peasy in that household since the men seem to enjoy it already! Hmm...perhaps, I should ask if these were single men....cause i could use a raw food loving man in my life. Just saying...

My Sunday DEMO went EXTREMELY WELL!!! I was surprised at how many people turned out for it!!!! The reception that I received was EVEN BETTER on Sunday!!!! As soon as I was finished, the Manager at Whole Foods said, "Oh, PLEASE tell me that you'll do another one!!!!" There were about 7 that came on Sunday that was there on Saturday! I got a couple of CATERING offers, as well as VENDING offers from Whole Foods!!!!!!!!!!! It's SOOOO EXCITING!!!!

For Sunday I prepared Alissa's Rye Bagels (which were a HUGE, HUGE hit!!!), Alissa's Banana Berries and Cream (which everyone LOVED), and Green Smoothies!!!!

If you do another demo, I will be there!

AAAAHHHH!!!! I hope that you CAN be at the next one!!! I will do another one one February 20th!!!

Hmm...perhaps, I should ask if these were single men....cause i could use a raw food loving man in my life. Just saying...

Wow!!!! Way to go, this is GREAT! Business is about to start BOOMING and when you love what you do (as much as you OBVIOUSLY do) it doesn't feel like work at all!

MY NEXT WHOLE FOODS DEMO WILL BE THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 20, 2010 FROM 2PM-3PM AND SUNDAY MARCH 21, 2010 FROM 11AM-12PM!!!

I am so excited!!! This will be my third month doing the demo at Whole Foods and I am having a BALL doing them!!!

I'm still getting my menu together, but I CAN tell you...everything will be DELICIOUS!!!! :)

Good to see ya again!!!! Yea, this has been WONDERFUL for me! I get to advertise my Alissa Cohen Classes to Clients I wouldn't have been able to speak with otherwise! It's been a door to other opportunities as well! My Raw Biz now includes making RAW Boxes! Check out my blog!

I also do a Demo at the Local Library! My last one, I had between 15-20 people! The word is spreading like crazy!!! It's so great!!! People are so ready for RAW!!!! :)
