    What about protein and calcium? is one of the "FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS" in Alissa's book, "LIVING ON LIVE FOODS". I'm going to start using her answer. See page 157 to find out what the answer is. :) I'll give you a hint.... The best source of amino acids are leafy green vegetables.

    I tell people: "I get my protein from fresh leafy greens and veggies". As for the cartoon, it goes straight to the point.

    uhuh some great points there people. I also love the fact that mothers milk is under 5% and this is the time when we experience the most growth!

    ooh interesting GW, I can't tolerate mono meals of broccoli though, I just get my protein from fruits and tender baby greens :-)
