    Day 3

Started the day craving baked, meat filled snacks!

However, we were strong and had:

crudites (celery, carrot, cucumber) with the left over sauces from last nights lasagne.
    1 piece walnut fudge
cabbage wraps (savoy cabbage filled with sweet pepper, cucumber, mung sprouts, mushrooms, grated carrot) with a spicy tomato salsa and a mock peanut satay sauce.
    piece of yesterdays apple pie
    1 square of raw chocolate

I think the cabbage wraps are the best thing we've done so far, tasted fabulous and the satay sauce was better than any "normal" version I've had.

The hard bit starts tomorrow when I go back to work!

So far.. no cravings, and it's been really easy! I am down 4 pounds in 3 days, too..

Had only one meal today, so far, but I did get up really late (after 1 PM!):
B: smoothie with 2 bananas, kale, 1 container of blackberries and an eggless salad sandwich on onion/flax bread with some cheezy sweet potato chips
D: mango, banana, strawberries, pineapples, walnuts and 2 scoops of raw choc ice cream
    S: cheezy sweet potato chips

I love cabbage--that sounds great Gecko!

Congratulations ViolinCyndee on dropping 4 lbs!

    My food today:
    1-Orange
2-Green smoothie: frozen banana, fresh papaya, pineapple, baby spinach, water, ice
3-Large salad with romaine, carrots, cherry tomatoes, avocado; 2 dates

In a few hours I will finish up the rest of the green smoothie in the refrigerator.

Best wishes for the coming raw food week!

awesome going ya'll. This morning I too struggled as i made my kids breakfast. I really wanted a boiled egg. But i was strong instead...

    Banana and almond mylk
Veggie juice.....carrots, celery, cilantro, tomato, spinach, kale powder, ginger
    Orange and handful of cashews
Getting ready to have "steak" and balsamic vineager asparagus with cashew alfredo. And a large amount of salad.

I am now at day three and the hardest thing for m eis cooking for my family and NOT eating it. I am a cook to taste person and it is difficult to go by smell. especially when it smells tasty.

    Cool day 2 for me

1 had 2 green smoothies today.

salad boring. dressing was just olive oil, apple cider vinegar with agave.

I just made salsa with my daughter I have flax crackers in the dehydrater.

I bought some fresh coconut water today to make smoothies with and they had red oranges they are so sweet and delicious.

I have been really tired today and a headache. I didn't want to move. Is this just detoxing?? I am looking forward to all of this raw energy. I need it.

I am doing low fat...cause I've been eating to many fats. Started 1/1/10 and have lost 6 lbs already. Eating alot of whole fruits and veggies and limiting my seeds.
