Default Breville JE95XL Two-Speed Juice Fountain Plus...WISH ME LUCK!

I'm just so excited that I had to come here and shout it from the rooftops! I just found this juicer on my local craigslist for $50! That seems to be an awesome deal to me (what do you all think? ...now I'm nervous lol).

I've done the research and I know that centrifugal juicers aren't as great as masticating ones, but I can't afford one right now and I figure even though it may not be as many nutrients as the masticating kind, it's more than my daughter would be getting otherwise. She is responding well to the increase in her veggies and fruits, but I'm trying to find a way to get even more. She's a huge fan of orange and apple juice and that stuff in the store is just not good for her, which is explains my joy about this.

I'm waiting to hear back from the poster of the item and I pray that I get it. If so I won't be able to pick it up until Friday, which will torture me but I can't wait to make her a fresh cup of apple juice right in my own kitchen!

As for the green leafy veggies, I just acquired a blender last night (via freecycle, w00t w00t) and am hoping to use the leafy greens more for her (and my) smoothies more so than drinks. So all in all, I think (if I get it) that this juicer meets our current needs...and for what I think is a great deal.

Oh and the person is so sweet that they even offered, in the ad, to give a free juicing lesson! Isn't that so wonderfully gracious?! I'm over the moon happy about the possibility! Please wish me luck, say a prayer and/or send out uber positive vibes for me!! I'll keep ya posted!

Thank you DebB! ....but I'm so sad to report that she replied and told me that someone else had already purchased it. My heart is very heavy right now...but I guess maybe it's all for the best. Perhaps there's a better deal awaiting me? I am hoping.

    I'll go back to looking...
