I hear you. I wasn't going raw for my skin, but wow, that's so important to be able to look in the mirror without noticing blemishes everywhere. I hated my "pimple patch" (on my right cheek) and all the other little blotches everywhere. No fun!
Anywho, the first week my skin was already sooo much better, but it took awhile before it was consistently really nice. I have a whole list of things that might be useful to you here. :)

Eva, your success with clearing up your skin is such a motivating factor to me! Mine has just gotten consistently worse over the past few months, although I feel that I am eating better. I read your great skin tips on the other raw foods forum and I look over it all the time! For Christmas I'm getting a dehydrator, and at the first of the year am going to attempt 100% raw for a month. Hopefully I will get as "glowy" as you! =-)

Lovely!
The *eyes* have it! What a great testimony to the benefits of a raw foods lifestyle. Eva, as others have also observed, your "before" photos were beautiful. Now the "after" shots allow us to see how truly vibrant you are.
Thank you for also sharing the great information on skincare from your blog. Your posts are inspiring!

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

Oh, Wow! I didn't even know that raw could do that for your skin! Amazing! You are absolutely aglow....resplendent, even! You can't photoshop that kind of beauty.

Aha! Nice trick you use to flatten your pizza crust.
You are looking fabulous and totally natural. You have got to be loving it!

Ha! That was actually spur of the moment in class! I had to use that to make ice cream sandwiches (soooooo good), and someone wanted to see what would happen if I used it for pizza.
It did not work well for pizza! My usual way with an offset spatula works far better. Well, does for me anyways. :)

Can't help but smile being reminded of these photos. I'm actually going to go ahead and put them up on my website... it's amazing what "little" things raw food can do. I wasn't even looking to improve my skin -- it just happened! But along with curing my ulcers, gas, ADHD, and everything else that seemed to cause me real trouble and pain in life. Even the emotional stuff.
I love raw!
