December 3rd - Day 3
starting raw for the third time today!! I can't wait to loose some weight and some chins:)I will let you know how i feel tomorrow

Lunch will be a stuffed portobella
brought cuc, carrot and kiwi for snacks - we'll see where the day takes me :)
Not sure about dinner tonight, kinda want to try something new but also really wanting the Pad Thai.
B: green smoothie - made with 2 bananas, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 T cacao nibs
L: 3 Fuji apples
Right now, I'm at school working then headed to the gym~!

i forgot to check in yesterday.... but still around!
today has been great thus far, a green smoothie, some walnuts, a banana, and just now two big romaine leaves stuffed with marinated veggies, salsa, and avocado. garlicky goodness.
now, on to some clementines... mmm....
all this talk of pad thai makes me think i'll be doing it myself tonight!
Hmm... wasn't feeling well at all today-- sniffly and have a lot of back pain. Felt like a juice day.
I had about a quart of the most amazing juice on earth!! Luckily around lunchtime my boyfriend and I stumbled upon the greatest little juice place... it was sooo cute and everything was delicious. My juice was apple, lime, and mint. So so good.
Then later I had some Innocent smoothie made of cherries, blueberries, and cranberries... I know it's not 100% raw but I figured it was probably a better option than buying the cranberries and making a disgusting juice myself.
I had this with some lovely sugarloaf pineapple!
After a little nap, I'm now having a big glass of water with lemon. A pretty okay day, I think. I'm down 3 pounds since yesterday so I'm happy to be rid of that water weight at least!
It's so easy being green :p
I didnt do my "SAD cheescake" mantra and ended up eating a slice It was so stupid to cause I was chatting with a friend on the phone and it was sitting on the counter and I unconsciencely (sp?) grabbed a piece and before I knew it was engulfed in a full slice. Oh well today had been good, a banana for breakfast and a veggie salad for lunch. Im really tired right now but the headache has subsided and dont know what Im gonna have for dinner but not really hungry. Isnt it funny when you go RAW how your appetite decreases? See you tomorrow, night all

Linner: Spinach, 1/2 red bell pepper, mushroom, garlic salad with acv. ear of corn w evoo and sea salt. 1/2 avocado.
WORKOUT <3 Ran 2.25 miles, abs, glutes
Dinner: 2 sliced tomatoes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and evoo. Side romaine salad w acv. banana w walnuts and honey.

Good raw day today.
Started off with a small glass of carrot/ginger juice.
Some grapes for breakfast.
Then had the cauliflower popcorn for a mid-morning snack.
Had a spinach, avo, sweet onion salad w/lemon olive oil dressing around 3pm.
Then a large strawberry, 2 banana, coconut milk smoothie for dinner.

i had a pummelo today. found it boring to say the least but a whole lot of work to get into.
a GREAT salad for dinner though!
Today was supposed to be my "ME" day. I'd been taking extra shifts for 10 tens, and finally had a few days off this week..and spent them cleaning! haha So apparently this was a "must" for me today. Hubby sent me off with some gift cards and saved funds so spoil myself with. Got some actually fitted bras! So THAT part was great. but it seems like the whole mall was hit with a bad case of "mean-ess". I've never had cashiers be so rude before, maybe once in a while, but store after store?? ALL DAY? Gahhd! Even the hairdresser I went to was just in a foul mood. Just a trim..not a big deal. I asked specifically not to be shampooed. My hair was fine, nice and clean. So she goes to "wet it" and BAM! I smell shampoo. I was not happy after that. So dry right now...and too short.
I was able walk back home at least to work it all off (10-ish km). Then I chipped a tooth! Just not a good day overall. Blah. Since hubby got home he's been making a great effort to cheer me up, so I'm trying not to pout.

D: Big Salad: 12-15 cups mixed greens, 2 large carrots, 1 large beet, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, splash of vinegar and two clementines squeezed over top

I feel heavy and clogged, probably from my mood. Here's a better tomorrow. I'll be running to the market and two groceries before work, so at least I'll be active!
Hey all! I'm sleeping better, and I'm very happy about that. I've got a few complex foods in the mix today, but when I'm just starting out it is more important to me that it is all raw - then I'll get better about all fresh. :)
