I know the feeling. I started the Master Cleanse the day after Thanksgiving as a fresh start & to keep me accountable through Christmas!

.....I like your quote @ the bottom! Very inspiring!

Hey Y'all! I'm back, starting a new challenge for the month :) I did 30 days in October, and I'm ready for the challenge again. I need it! I'm looking forward to going through this with you guys.

Today's food is a green smoothie for breakfast and lunch, pear, apple with almond butter, and pistachios later for snack if I want. Pretty simple to start.

I'm in! ready to recommit to my health, it's gotten out of hand and the sad part is that I know better... so here i am! I didn't start off my day totally raw but the rest will be!

I started off this morning with a wheatgrass shot, and a huge juice of carrots, apple, pear, and orange (a handful of "sad" unmentionables in there..lol..)and then for lunch had a big salad of baby spinach, carrots, cukes, red onion and an asian dressing I whipped up.

Planning on a smoothie for dinner, and cauliflower popcorn for a snack, we planned a family date for a christmas movie on tonight!

    Congrats to everyone so far!

This will be my fourth month in a row now, I love posting what I did each day on here!

Day off again from work, so I got a LOT of sleep today. I feel great!

Before breakfast I rode my bike to the park, did two laps, hopped off and jogged two laps, and finished with one more on my bike. My legs feel invigorated!

So far today 10 large pears. They are perfectly ripe and soo juicy and sweet!

I plan on munching on more pears later on, possibly 15-20 small clementines, whatever I feel like!

It's a beautiful sunny day here in southern Ontario, even though it's Decemeber! I didn't even have to have my sleeves rolled down today, my arms were able to absorb the fresh warmth.

Lots of cleaning all afternoon as well.

Now I'm off to read and enjoy the sun through my front window.

Have a great and RAW day everyone!

    Hi everyone!

I'm in. I'm relatively new, but have been mostly raw for about 10 days now. I went through a horrible detox period, but happy to say that seems to be over. It was really like having a hangover for about 5 days in a row and it was probably from coffee withdrawal. Anyway, I've been feeling great for about the past three days and am really, really happy. Good feelings all around.

I made Alissa's sweet potato pie over the weekend and it was soooo good. All of the recipes I've made from LOLF have been relatively easy so far. Yesterday I ordered a dehydrator from Excalibur. I am craving crackers and other recipes from the book look so tempting but seem to require the dehydrator. So, definitely, December will be a raw month for me.

Today so far I've had one small helping of mango/banana pudding, some almonds and raisins, two bananas, an orange and a pear. For dinner I'm going to attempt the pad thai with sauce.

Did I mention I feel great? I'm ready to bounce off walls.

    Default Hellooo

I am in for this lovely month of December! For Breakfast today, I started off with a 3 pears and a banana, a handful of walnuts & handful of almonds.

Lunch: simple mixed greens salad with some raisins and coconut aminos (<--- has anyone ever heard of this? It is just like Braggs liquid aminos, only made from coconut sap and sea salt. It is sooo good!)

Dinner: I took a collard leaf, cut it in half, chopped up some avocado, some carrot, and red bell pepper, topped it with lime juice, sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and rolled into two mini burritos. Then a plate of pineapple finishing with a banana and more than a handful of walnuts with honey.

Do you think this is too many nuts?... Later, I'm headed to the gym for a beautiful run, probably 3 miles today, along with some muscle work!

Hi, everyone, still raw, almost 6 months now. It helps me to come here and post so I am going to keep doing it. I am doing a green smoothie/soup fast to get over the holiday bloat.
B: Smoothie of apples, cranberries, spinach, ginger, and cinnamon.
L: Smoothie of kale and banana
S: Soup of sweet potato, onion, zucchini, and seasonings.

Pay day is Friday and in the meantime I am having to get very creative with my groceries! I can buy some tomorrow on hubbie's payday but the bulk will have to wait till Friday.

I started my 30 day challenge last month, but will jump in here up until the end of mine.

Today I had 3 apples, 2 bananas, a little bit of walnuts, a big green smoothie, spinach & mushroom pockets, chocolate pudding and a very yummy salad.

I'm loving what raw has done for me so far.
Taking it one day at a time. :D
