She's got really good strong endurance. What she's lifting looks pretty heavy. Any idea of how heavy that club bell may be? It looks pretty heavy. Just wondering how light it goes to the heaviest?
I've seen her do some flying push-ups for a long length of time in some other videos. This woman is strong, I thought she was in her late twenties. Wow, she's in great shape!!
This is really inspiring to play at any age to be in a playful shape! Right on!!

In the comments section section I think she said the first club was 35# and the second is #25. Yes, she been training for well over 1000 days straight. She's about 5'2" or 3" tall; certainly shorter than I am and weighs about 115 pounds.

Oh yeah. I'm sure she makes men cringe watching her do those pushups. She inspires me daily. Because of watching those, I went out and did a workout with my rope, 20# kbs, 10 and 15# clubbells. More later, methinks. I have nowhere the endurance she has.

I know what inspires me to eat healthy, because I want to eat healthy.
So seeing these videos too (thanks to you inspires me that it is possible without a doubt to be strong no matter what age I am, because I want to be strong at no matter what age I am.

Endurance builds over time when it gets too easy. I think that what she aims for is to make what she doing now way too easy to take it to the next level, till that level becomes too easy, and she keeps going and going as far as that goes. I see that kind of determination in her to keep taking it on to the next level.

Be determined to play is the true attitude for sure! :)

Well, she gets to play with our teacher and his other student. Having friends to play with really makes a difference.

Isn't it though? I was blessed to train with Tara during the summer. She's a GREAT teacher! I've got pics of her on my walls to inspire me.
