    yep, it's 4:00 am.

oh, I just thought that getting up at 3 or 4 am would make you feel tired early.

Sometimes yet usually I'm up until about 10:30 or so. 5-6 hours sleep is about my usual.

Hey, nice video!!! It really made me smile! Good Happy Music is good for the body!!
So I'm thinking about keeping it simple for awhile since you mentioned this. So yeah, count me in for the next two days!!! :)
I just started working out with the kb. And sheesh!! There are muscles in my body that I wasn't aware of that I had!! It's nice, because it makes me feel like I'm making progression to be stronger and stronger as each day goes by.

Oh, yay, Pixie and Rev! :) Lets see how it goes.

I feel so much better after doing yoga. As soon as I started, my body said, "Yes!". I also meditated for 30 minutes (something I haven't been doing but want to start doing every day). So now it's too late to relieve my rebounder of all the stuff on it and bounce. I'll do it tomorrow, for sure.

You talked me into it! Though I'm a day late, please count me in for 3 days from here. I'm feeling heavy from all the raw goodies and recipes. A smoothie fast is what I need. Looking forward to it!

Good job! It's fun to hear one's body's response, yes? Last Monday as we were training, my body kept sighing in relief.

    :) Hey! :)

I'm starting out with 10 and will work my way up from there. I got Andrea Du Cane's DVD for now, and Steve Cotter is next on my list when I'm feeling more advanced.
I'm looking forward to it!! :)

YES!! That's the ground engagement stuff we're doing although at a much easier level. We're building up to what he's doing PLUS, we're doing it on concrete!

Part of being fit is being able to get down on the ground ~ and up again. Guess this would be a good one for the exercise section, eh?

Headed out for a walk and some kb swinging before my first smoozie. BBIAB.
