    Default Severe Inflammation

    Hope somone can help me... and quickly! I was 90 - 95% raw for 4 months. I then had pnemonia and went on antibiotics for the recommended 10 days. During that time, it seemed impossible to eat raw at all, while shivering under 5 layers of blankets. I ate cooked soup until the antibiotics were finished.
    Now, I am raw and proud to say 100% for the last 2 weeks. My problem is I have a bad case of inflammation. There is severe pain in the bottom on one foot, my knees, hips, shoulders and neck. I am having trouble moving around. Is this just a case of toxin elimination? My primary care person says to take Aleve or Advil, which seems to address the symptoms but not the cause.
    Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

    PS I must say, I LOVE Alissa's Cookbook. It has made the difference between 90 and 100% raw for me!!!
