Default How long will pulp keep?

How long will vegetable pulp keep after juicing? I'd like to make a carrot apple cake that calls for pulp, but I don't want to make it right away.

I would toss it in the freezer if you don't want to use it right away. I freeze almond pulp all the time after making almond milk. *Ü*
