Me, too! Silly employer, keeping me from watching videos while they're paying me to work. LOL.

Rev, I gotta say THANK YOU. This psot inspired me today for an amazing workout session IN THE PARK! It went so well and I just kept thinking of this lady and it pushed me beyond what I would normally go.

I am training for a 10k run so I will be pulling all the inspiration from everywhere. THIS DID IT TODAY!!! Thank you!!!

Yeah, I know about sore. I trained for about 90 minutes Sunday a.m. with Zenkahuna (YouTube), Tara and the other women. Could hardly get out of bed Monday morning. Went back for more last night. Feeling a bit sore but the way to ease that is to do more of the "hair of the dog that bit ya". Works for working out too!

Heading outside this evening after He and our company leaves to play a bit with the kb's and maybe pull a heavy rope out. Great ab workout ~ ropes, mace, ground engagement.

    Great!!! Good for you!! Woweeee.

I never liked the soreness but I am finding with this new training its ok. I know its my food/fuel that is the energy as well as the stamina and recoup time.. I am not so sore. However that might mean I need to kick butt and DO MORE!

Not necessarily. If you overtrain and get too sore... Tara didn't get that way in a day.
