Default 7days raw and 15lbs lighter

YEAH!!!!!! so i am not 100% raw. i am still having my coffee and green tea and have had the occasional cooked vegan meal. but i would say i have been 90% there. AND i have lost 15lbs. feel energized and happier. Craving water now instead of soda! and feeling all and all good about myself. The one thing i am concerned about......my face has gone on a total breakout fest. I guess i will give my body a month and see what it thinks then. Probably just my hormones/detox leaching outmy face

that is amazing..my word of the day, I guess:). My face did that too. very warm washcloth w/coconut oil very lightly helped. I also read that a paste made of sea salt & water put on the spots is good too. Gently flake it off then use a warm cloth.

    Default Congratulations!

You are off to an excellent start and are building the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. 90% seems to be working remarkably well, so don't change until you feel you need to. Establishing a comfort level with all this new cool stuff is way more important than achieving the 100% pure Raw nametag. Cheers!

The toxins are trying to get out of your body. Until your skin clears be sure to drink plenty of water and eat whole raw foods for roughage to "whisk" the toxins out.

Feel free to email me anytime. The hardest thing i am finding is not to eat cooked foods i am cooking for my family. my hubby and children are not raw and my dh is also a meat eater so i still cook for them which is when i am finding it hard to stick with. oh and i just love coffee so that will likely never go. lol hit me up lets be each others support!

You used the last 2 cans to clean your toilet? LOL! That's all cola is really good for anyway. Scary stuff.

Good for you. This is week 6 for us with first starting to add juicing to our regular diets which I considered pretty clean. Then, 2 weeks ago we went high raw. I had only raw for 3 days and then last night had a little Indian food which was cooked. I too am not ready to ditch coffee but only have one cup in the morning and have added raw cacao, a little raw honey and ground maca root to make it seem healthier I feel so great and grateful for finding this way of life...

That's amazing! I've lost 4 pounds so far and this is only my 4th day! I hadn't been able to lose any weight for months doing a so-called "weight loss diet. Way to go! :)
