Veganforlife: I was hesitant to post "guidelines" because I wasn't sure how well that would be received, but since you suggested it, I'll list the ones I thought might be helpful!

    90-Day 100% RAW Vegan Challenge - Guidelines

    • Post your Specific Goals for the next 90-Days (EXAMPLES: Weight Loss in lbs., Skin health, Detox, Heal yourself of xxxx, Reduce Pain from xxxx, etc., etc.!)
    • Post photos of your progress -- especially photos of RAW FOOD!!! Yummm....
    • Commit to Update at least 3x's weekly for accountability, support and encouragement!
    • Increase your GREEN SMOOTHIE intake to at least 30 oz. (1/2 Vitamix-full) daily by the end of the Challenge!
    • Increase your FRESH WATER intake!

    Rawk on, RAWBIES!!!

Then if YOU screw up, YOU have to be accountable for yourself. I think it's that we all will be striving to be 100% Raw for 90 days. For some this will be easy, for others a little more difficult.
    Are you committing?

Sometimes it's very easy for me to be 100%, other days I'm in a hurry and just want convenience foods... so it boils down to a CHOICE - and that choice is ONLY yours. :)

I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen uncooking, but I am still staying raw. Yesterday was a delicious day.

    Green Smoothie
    Oranges
Alissa's Pear, Beet, Jicima Salad with her Honey Mustard Dressing
    Marinated Kale left over

Yummy good food. Thanks, Greenie, for getting this going. I like seeing what others are eating.

That paella looks amazing, but it will have to wait until my Alissa and Annie adventure is over.

Have a good raw day, all.

Whoo hoo Annie! Uncooking is fun.

I'm going to have a really simple day today because I have rehearsals/performances ALL DAY, so no time to prep or eat anything fancy.

    Kombucha
    Green Smoothie
    Dried fruit
    Green Apples

    That's my game plan!

Day #15 for me, today.... as of midnight tonight, I'll have completed another 1001 Goal!!

What an insanely long, stressful day this has been! I'm laying in bed, sipping water and munching on Mango. That's about all I can do or want to eat right now.

ok... apparently I have to get used to this light feeling... i have been eating all day and I'm still hungry. I even had some nuts to try and fill me up,but it's not happening. I hope I can get through the night without messing up...

    Default I'm joining!

    Hi all!
I'm also joining. I discovered the raw food life style last year, and was 80-100% raw for more than half a year. Last month during a visit to icy, snowy Berlin I started eating cooked again, which kept me warm, but didn't really make me feel good. Now I'm back in warmer climates (I'm joining you from Tel Aviv), but though I'm almost back to 100% raw, I do make exceptions from time to time. I like the amazing flow of energy and clarity of mind that 100% gives me, so I'm joining you in this 90 day challenge. Today will be my day 1.

    My goals are:
    - Have no allergic reactions to foods that I'm allergic to, because I'm simply not eating it
    - Loose the winter pounds I gained & feel better again
    - Be aware of how my body reacts to the foods I eat
    - Gain clarity in my mind and body

Looking forward to this experience lots!
    Julia
