Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I am 4 days into eating raw and I'm doing okay. I'm not 100 percent raw because I'm cooking beans and potatoes, but I have stopped eating meat, dairy and processed foods. Does that make me 90 percent raw? :)
I am feeling fabulous today. The first two days I had a headache, bloating and I was tired, but yesterday and today I feel great!
For the last four years I have been on a quest to get healthy both physically and mentally. Even though I had added lots of fruit and veggies into my diet and watched what I ate it just didn't seem to be enough. I still didn't feel well. Maybe it was the bingeing on junk food every couple of weeks........you think? :)
