Hi Everyone, I've been lurking off and on here for a while, and thought that I should make my presence known.:)
Here's a little background info on me.
When I was around 18 years old I was a vegetarian for about a year, and during the middle of that year I spent maybe two weeks as a vegan.
(I quit trying the vegan approach at the time because it wasn't agreeing with me physically ,
looking back on it now I think that I wasn't transitioning properly).
So fast forward a few years and unfortunately now I'm pretty much back on the typical SAD (with the consequence of an ever expanding waistline).
So now I'm looking to transition to a more raw diet to help lose a few pounds, and because I'm tired of finding myself reaching to junk food more often then not.
