Yea, I took Levels 1, 2, and 3 with Alissa! I'm now Certified to Teach Levels 1 and 2. Alissa is currently the only one who teaches level 3.... I hope you get to do it! It was such a wonderful experience!!!

Oh, BTW, my kids are hanging in there with me....mostly HIGH RAW!!! I'm thrilled about that! Even my Darling Hubby has consented to having RAW dinner with us! I'm so relieved not to have to cook ANY SAD meals!!!! When I'm at work, well...that's a whole 'nother story!!!!
Today we had Fruit, Smoothie, Alissa's Collard Roll for lunch and RAW Lasagne for Dinner.
I made the Lasagne an hour ago & put it in the Big "D" so it will be warm in another hour or so....
Bon Appetite!!!!
