Lots of promotion at the start, but it gets interesting from 14:00 - 16:00, 18:40 - 19:10, and is good from 25:00 to the end.
Alissa talks about how packaged foods must be processed....but it would be great if she did research into this and found out exactly how the packaged superfoods are processed and how it effects the nutrition content etc, that would give her huge clout over the rest of the raw food speakers and she would get alot more respect from all types of raw food people and even from the mainstream diet promotors. Raw food people need to research these things so there is more substance to the arguments they put forth. lt's not easy to research the effects of processed packaged foods, but the person who makes the effort will go down in history as one of the most highly respected raw food gurus because finally people will start taking raw food diets seriously because it will be backed up by fact, not just opinion.
l do respect her very much for the fact that she doesn't want to lecture with many other raw food people, and isn't promoting packaged foods and rar rar sessions. She seems very down to earth and appears very mentally balanced. For that she gets my full respect and l will buy her book soon. Hers will be the first health book i've read in 12 years (l generally try avoiding health books these days).
Well done Alissa.
