Good morning,
This is my very first question. Although I've been 75% raw for a while I still have alot to learn regarding recipes, food combining, dehydrating, sprouting and such.

When I buy raw nuts (cashews, almonds etc) I didn't realize that I was to
soak them to activate the enzymes. I like to eat raw nuts as part of my diet.
I do not have a dehydrator (yet).

My question is: Do I soak nuts for a period of time and let them air dry?
Then eat them. Or must I use a dehydrator?
I am not incorporting the nuts in a recipe just want to eat them by hand.
